Blue Mountain is an alpine ski resort in Ontario, Canada, just northwest of Collingwood. It is situated on a section of the Niagara Escarpment about 1 km (0.6 mi.) from Nottawasaga Bay, and is a major destination for skiers from southern Ontario. The local area forms the newly incorporated town of The Blue Mountains, Ontario. On average, Blue Mountain sells more than 750,000 lift tickets per year, making it the third-busiest ski resort in Canada, after Whistler-Blackcomb in British Columbia and Mont Tremblant in Quebec. It is one of the largest resorts in Ontario and has been extensively built out, featuring 42 runs, 16 chairlifts and 3 freestyle terrains.

Zhu Yi shared his experience at the Blue Mountain Resort, "Terrible experience and tricks I never thought that will happen in Blue Mountain Ski Resort Ontario Canada. 1. My son's ski and pole were stolen around 5 o'clock pm 23 Dec., just at outside of the Guest Service. The boy was so upset…When we reported it at the Lost and Found, I saw pages of records at hands of the security. So I want to ask the Resort, if these things happened more frequently, you can and should do something more except writing them down and sticking several small tips to warn us or the thieves. Maybe it helps your company in law, but where are your responsibilities and conscience? 2. Commercial Tricks Hiding the information for the choice of Beginner Tickets intentionally. Peoples can't find anything about it on the catalog or the screens at the Tickets. Even the staff serviced us seems did not know it. Some friends of mine purchased the more cheaper(Beginner) tickets in the next day and told me about it. I complained it to the supervisor, then they refunded me the difference between the price. I don't know how many clients have paid the wronged money, I just want to say if it really exists, just let it appear on your ticket lists! 3.Lack of training Some of the staffs don't know the basic informations about their resort. But when the clients ask the driver of Shuttle Bus about the basic facilities of every Lodge or the ski lines' information etc. , you will always hear the negative answers. Are we asking too much? No doubt, Blue Mountain owns the good environment, but how can we fell in favor with you?"

"I'd give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT be fooled by their TRIAL membership. No trial...they keep taking your money and don't respond to cancellations. One ecard sent during the trial wound up costing me 4 months of membership fees. They expect you to read their LONG terms of agreement written in legal terms. AVOID THEM!!!!"

"I have also been unable to cancel subscription avoid"

"Their free trial is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM."
